Hi Danny,
I’m not sure which pathway you are using to get to your profile so try this:
- Go to myaccount.google.com which takes you to your account page.
- Then hover over the icon for the photo and click it.
- From there, you should be able to upload a photo.
- This area is where you can put in security information such as password recovery options also.
