Allowing teachers to create classes in Google Classroom

Any idea why I have a couple of staff who can not create a classroom in google classroom – tried to find a setting but can’t?

Hi John,

Can you give me the username of a couple of the staff who can’t access it?

I see in your admin console that Classroom is enabled, which is good.

The most likely cause could be that some are not in the right Organisational Unit (OU) in the Users section of the Admin Console.

To be sure though, flick me the affected staff and I’ll take a closer look.
