Often times in school offices you will be asking other staff to do something. This might be sending you information, filling in a form and so on.
As you know, the life of a busy teacher is sometimes quite frantic with lots of things to do and follow up on at any one time, and so you might have to remind people that you need information from them, which can at times cause frustration.
