      Hi Rob,


      I have set up some groups for email lists of parents for each classroom. I’m not sure if they are set up correctly. Would you please be able to check them for me? You have our admin login details.

      I have put the relevant staff member into the group for each parent list. What else is missing?

      Hi Annabel,

      I suspect it might be the ‘List in directory’ setting which is accessible here:

      Groups setting - 'list in directory'

      I made this 4 minute movie for you which talks a bit about the myriad of settings that might help:

      Would you check this for another group and let me know how it goes, please?
