      This tutorial shows you how to enable read receipts in the Admin Console. This is super handy in a range of instances:

      • For the situation where someone in your organisation doesn’t check or act on email promptly (hmmmm, you hear me say!).
      • When conducting recruitment, if you want to know the recipient got the message.

      Once enabled, if you click on the little downward pointing triangle bottom right of a new Gmail message, you will see an option to request a ‘read receipt’ – this second video shows you how to do this:
