Hi Anna,
Hmmm… this kind of issue is commonly caused by a couple of potential issues from my experience:
- Your browser may have a connectivity issue – restart the browser and try again. If other pages are loading, then this probably won’t be the cause.
- You could try it on another computer – either from work or home. If it works from home but not from work, then your school network configuration (Windows managed user) may be the cause. In this case, you’d need to ask your IT technical company to allow users to do this.
If neither of these options work, then you could private message me your password and photo and I’ll try to see if that helps.
I will make this into a short video tutorial which would be useful for people

So, I managed to figure it out. I had to upload the picture through ‘Settings’ and then select the box ‘visible to everyone’ rather than ‘visible only to people I chat with’. As this was the option I preferred, I had left this box checked each time. Once I selected the everyone option, suddenly it allowed me to save and completed the action. Not sure as to why but am happy it worked for now 🙂
