      Here is a video from a meeting I had with Anna from Everglade School, in which we constructed a wellbeing survey for her school. I hope you find it useful:

      Here is a follow-up meeting with Rob, Anna and her principal John where we start exploring how to analyse the data from the Google Form to help inform school review on student wellbeing. Topics covered include:

      1. Summing or averaging results to get an instant overview of the results.
      2. Using conditional formatting to quickly highlight strengths or areas of need.
      3. Developing questions about your data.
      4. Commenting on aspects of the data to encourage interaction and dialogue about the results.
      5. Sharing the sheet and protecting parts of it to encourage transparency around staff dialogue.
      6. Overview of pivot tables to drill down into the data (this is the focus of the next step).
