How to use Hangout Chat

Google Hangouts allows easy instant messaging and video chat (just like Facebook). Plus, it has conferencing facilities.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to hangouts.google.com
2. Click on New conversation.
3. Type the name (or email) of the person you wish to chat with.
4. When their name pops up, click it.
5. A window will appear where you can send them a message.

Other ways you can use Hangout Chat:

1. Create a group chat with a number of people.
2. Click video call for an online meeting.
