How to use multiple signatures in Gmail

Follow these steps to set up multiple signatures in Gmail:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Settings > General.
  2. Scroll down to “Signature” and select “Create New” to enter multiple signatures.
  3. To use the additional signatures, open the signature menu in the compose action toolbar to switch signatures.
