This is also a simple idea – to share the plan with your team. This tutorial explores how sharing the Annual Plan with your staff increases transparency, commitment, and accountability to the goals of the school.

This tutorial will show you how to share the plan with your team, as well as how to bookmark the document to find it quickly.

Examples of how you might share your plan with your team could include:

1. Share it with them using either comment or edit access (for instance, you might make change access to comment only when you want them to review something).
2. Link the document up off your internal staff portal or intranet – this is important as it is then available from a digital place they visit frequently (ie. this will also avoid it getting lost inside their Drive).
3. You might get key staff (eg. leadership team) to make it into a bookmark that is visible to them all the time.
