Hey Rob,
Sounds like a super full on, yet interesting week! Hope this one is slightly slower paced for you 🙂
Thanks for the reply – I had a feeling it would be something like that. I have passed on all of this to John as well – might pay for us to think about the docs we ‘share’ vs the ones accessible in the different Team Drives. Especially the more ‘sensitive’ docs/templates.
Thanks heaps – talk soon I’m sure!

- Sharing the sheet and protecting parts of it to encourage transparency around staff dialogue.

Will this work if I don’t have the ‘Admin Cog’ – I assume it only shows up on my screen(s)?
I know John tried to change them, but they reverted back. I might need to follow up bit more on this and get back to you as we don’t have it sussed yet.

So, I managed to figure it out. I had to upload the picture through ‘Settings’ and then select the box ‘visible to everyone’ rather than ‘visible only to people I chat with’. As this was the option I preferred, I had left this box checked each time. Once I selected the everyone option, suddenly it allowed me to save and completed the action. Not sure as to why but am happy it worked for now 🙂

Hey Rob,
Yes I do, and that is def the place I intend to start now I’ve sussed most of the Gmail tricks from the first course. Should be interesting as I’ve never called myself an Excel expert to say the least.
Cheers,
Anna
